By placing my advance deposit, I agree to choose my puppy within 24 hours of receipt of pictures for pick of litter in the order in which your deposit was received. Pictures will be sent when puppies are approximately 2 week of age, after their eyes have opened. If I don’t choose, I understand my choice will not be guaranteed and will only be available if the puppy is not chosen by a subsequent depositor.

I agree to make full payment when the puppy is six weeks old. If the puppy I am reserving is older than six weeks at time of reservation--full payment is due at that time unless other arrangements are agreed upon. You agree that if full payment is not received by this time, all moneys paid towards puppy will be forfeit and puppy will be relisted as available.

I agree to pay additional fees of $35 per week if I can’t take receipt of the puppy at the agreed upon litter departure date (normally the first Saturday after the puppy is eight weeks of age). (This is for additional vet visits and care)

NOTES: $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the puppy of your choice. Puppy is NOT reserved until this deposit is paid. Full price for puppy to include the deposit is $695, unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes Avid or Home Again microchip, collar, leash, bone, toy, blanket, puppy pack and food samples. We arrange shipping via commercial airline (including insurance for your puppy) which is $350 and includes an air transport approved crate and Health Certificate. We ship via airlines offering live animal cargo services specifically set up to handle pet shipments as a priority. If we are unable to ship via our primary airline choice and must use another carrier or method (ground transportation) due to temperatures, availability of flights, your location, etc., then additional fees may apply.

Transportation/shipping payment must be RECEIVED no later than 4 days PRIOR to arranged flight date. Otherwise flight arrangements cannot be confirmed and additional fees will apply for rescheduling to an individual shipping date and another vet visit to update the Health Certificate. Shipping payments are Money order or online only. NO CHECKS. You can pay earlier than the 4 days and we can begin flight arrangements earlier as well. Shipping is usually the first Saturday after the puppy turns 8 weeks old.

We reserve the right to establish departures for puppies flying to new homes to minimize transit times and reduce trips to the airport.

We reserve the right, as the breeder, to exercise 1st choice of puppy in the litter.

All puppies will receive their first vaccinations at 6-7 weeks of age and start their deworming schedule at 2 weeks of age. Puppies are ready for their new homes no earlier than 8 weeks of age to assure proper time for development.

We do NOT guarantee eye color, nose color, facial markings, or coat shades as they can change. Huskies may lose their mask/facial marks and coats may or may not lighten as they age.
